welcome to quickshot

QuickShot was the first of the new generation “Shot” range of products to enter the market. QuickShot is a pre-programmed electronic initiation system that is designed for underground environments where there is a requirement for ease-of-use and limited user interaction. This product is characterized by a pre-set time delay and easy-to-use daisy chain hook-ups.

QuickShot is an electronic initiation system for underground mines which allows customers the benefits seen when using accurate timing in tunneling applications. QuickShot is a plug and play system where user interface can be kept to a minimum.

QuickShot offers a daisy chain type of hook-up which is simple to do and easy to visualize the blast. In it’s simplest form customers simply connect QuickShot detonators in the order in which they want the round to fire. This makes the system easy to use and easy to understand.

QuickShot can be used as a stand alone system or as part of a centralized blasting network. In addition to QuickShot detonators the QuickShot family of products also includes two other specialized initiation products. The QuickShot NetShock can be used to initiate underground shock tube rounds, while the QuickShot NetStart can be used to initiate cap fuse and igniter cord rounds.
